We will be turning out for a Domino night in celebration of Independent Venue Week at The Half Moon in Putney, SW London, on 28th January.
Special guests are Glaswegian fire brand rock and roll trio, The Amazing Snakeheads.
Independent Venue Week is a 6 day long series of gigs running from 28th January through to the 2nd Feb with 18 participating venues including Glasgow King Tuts, Cardiff Clwb Ifor Bach and York’s Fibbers bringing artists, labels and promoters together to celebrate these treasured venues.
Doors open at 8pm so join us for a much needed blast of revelry as January draws to a close. We’re making it a party and a Domino Mart stall will be open with various giveaways for those first early birds through the doors as well as Domino DJ’s providing the party jams. It’s going to be a night to remember!
Those with their ears to the ground (or digital radio) might have heard the as-ever-on-the-ball Marc Riley spinning a new A.B.O. tune “I Was A Dead Duck” this week.
We had the pleasure of recording this very limited edition 7” for Dan Carey’s new Speedy Wunderground label, a couple of weeks ago.
The track was recorded one day, he mixed it the next and it was mastered that week. It’s out there…
